What does that mean, exactly?

To me, it means that your body can really go!

Anytime, all the time. With no preparation, with little aches or pains, with no food, no gear... the ability to do whatever physical activities you want. From a mile hike through a prairie to a 30 mile Ultramarathon, playing a game of ball to camping, an obstacle course, chopping wood or whatever activity you please.

Your body was meant to do some pretty amazing things. Much more than most people realize, sadly.

This is a way of living where you're not dependent on food all the time, not always worrying about when your next meal is going to be. A life where you rarely ever feel tired, run down, groggy, achey, or blah and depressed.

You can have the boundless energy of a child, explosive strength, and have fun doing it.

And, you get to eat like a king, this is no miserable diet plan!

Live in a way that feeds the patterns that the human body evolved to expect and you will become a beastly machine, able to enjoy life the way its meant to be.

This is about getting maximum performance with the minimum effort.
